Supportive, judgment-free mental and behavioral health care for young adults through elderly patients and their families.

May help: Individuals and families experiencing mild-to-severe mental or behavioral health concerns, including co-occurring substance use.

Behavioral Health Management is available Tuesday and Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Preventive Dental Services

Preventive oral health care, including services for disabled and home-bound patients.

May help: Patients seeking preventive dental care, including individuals who are disabled or home-bound, including those in Adult Residential Facilities and Intermediate Care Facilities.

Preventive Dental Services are available Wednesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Family PACT

Family planning and reproductive health services at no cost for eligible California residents.

May help: California residents with low income who need confidential family planning and reproductive health services.

Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant Women (PE4PW)

May provide immediate, temporary Medi-Cal coverage for qualifying prenatal care while a full Medi-Cal application is pending.
