Overview
Family PACT (Family Planning, Access, Care, and Treatment) is a state program that provides family planning and reproductive health services at no cost to eligible low-income California residents. To get started, clients complete a Client Eligibility Certification (CEC) form. If eligible, a client may become a Family PACT client the same day.
Confirmed services
- Contraception counseling and methods
- Pregnancy testing
- STI testing
- Limited cancer screening
- Sterilization counseling and services, where confirmed appropriate
How to get started
- 1.Contact the clinic or visit in person to request Family PACT services.
- 2.Complete a Client Eligibility Certification (CEC) form with our team.
- 3.If you are found eligible, you may become a Family PACT client the same day.
