Overview
Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is a Medi-Cal managed care benefit. Participants are paired with a dedicated personal care manager who helps coordinate doctors, mental health care, and connections to community resources such as housing or food assistance programs, all as part of one coordinated care plan.
