  • Screening for presumptive eligibility
  • Guidance on completing the full Medi-Cal application

What's covered

  • Prenatal ambulatory (outpatient) care during the presumptive eligibility period

What's not covered

  • Care beyond the presumptive eligibility period without a completed full Medi-Cal application

How to get started

  1. 1.Speak with our team about screening for PE4PW.
  2. 2.If presumptively eligible, prenatal ambulatory care may begin immediately.
  3. 3.A full Medi-Cal application must still be submitted and processed for continued coverage.
A pregnant Family PACT client is not covered by Family PACT for the pregnancy itself. Our team can screen for PE4PW as an alternative.
